Shipping & Returns


All orders are usually shipped within 1 - 3 business days via UPS and USPS. Our shipping charges reflect the price we are quoted from your chosen method of shipment plus a nominal 10 - 15% charge for packaging and handling. If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted via email with an estimated ship date. Some items on our site are drop ship items and may ship directly from our vendors.  We are expecting longer than average delays on orders placed the first half of November as we fulfill CFSA conference orders.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

On all orders, especially truck orders, please inspect all packages before signing for accuracy of number of packages as well as damage. We are not responsible for shipping damage. All claims related to such damage must be filed directly to shipper.


All returns must be submitted within a 30 day period from date of purchase in original packaging for a full refund. Before returning any items please call us at 877.538.9901 and inform us of your decision. To return an item, you must use a prepaid package with damage insurance.

We do not accept returns on special order items, live plants, or contaminated items such as used composters.
